According to his arrest warrant, a man tailgated a small car with his pickup truck, flashing his lights and blaring his horn at the person that he claimed cut him off. While maintaining speed, he opened fire on the offending car, splattering paint pellets on both the exterior and interior. He also managed to hit the driver in the forehead, leaving a welt.
Police arrested the man shortly afterward and charged him with aggravated assault with a weapon, reckless conduct, and aggressive driving among others. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that he’s currently in jail, waiting to speak with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) representatives.
